Silver nanoparticles destroy most viruses, including COVID-19.
Infectious disease specialists in Kolkata have reported an innovative method for treating patients with COVID-19 – inhalation of aerosols with silver nanoparticles. This approach helps reduce the risk of complications from coronavirus infection, as well as its spread.
It is known that treatment with a solution at a concentration of just 1 ppm (1 μg/ml) of silver causes complete inactivation of influenza A and B viruses within 30 minutes. The antiviral effect has also been proven against pathogens of most respiratory infections, including COVID-19.
Silver ions alkalize the environment of the respiratory tract, and this is relevant for the prevention of COVID-19, since an alkaline environment prevents the coronavirus from entering the cell. It is also known that silver nanoparticles prevent the assembly of viral particles.
Argentokea Newsept and Nanolar sprays contain silver at a concentration of 15 ppm, which is capable of inactivating most viruses, including COVID-19, and are completely safe for humans with long-term use. A unique feature of the Argentokea substance is the ultra-small size of the nanoparticles, which allows silver to work intracellularly. Even if infection has already occurred, the rate of viral replication is reduced and the likelihood of severe complications of the infection decreases.
For the prevention of COVID-19 and other respiratory infections, as well as for the complex treatment of acute respiratory viral infections, the following is recommended:
- Nanorin 1–2 doses 3–4 times a day
- Nanolar 3–4 doses 2–3 times a day
