A young pharmaceutical company, «Lamyra-Pharmacare», operates in strict compliance with international standards (as confirmed by quality certificates), and the products it manufactures are sold not only in Belarus but also in nine other countries worldwide. And here is what is interesting: abroad, according to a brand representative, "Belarusian products are liked even more than local ones," while at home, people sometimes look at domestic medicines and dietary supplements with distrust. We went to the Smolevichi district to visit the plant and see for ourselves how the company approaches the quality of its products.

The focus is on prevention
In 2025, «Lamyra-Pharmacare» will celebrate its tenth anniversary. It may seem like a significant period, but for a pharmaceutical company, this is relatively young, notes its director, Andrey Gritsevich.
"Part of the team that stood at the origins of «Lamyra-Pharmacare» had already accumulated more than 20 years of experience in collaborating with pharmaceutical brands in the Belarusian and international markets by the time the company was founded," the interlocutor shares. "This helped us make a strong start and develop faster than our competitors."

Today, «Lamyra-Pharmacare» is engaged in the development and production of medicines, dietary supplements, medical devices, and cosmetics. However, the company's focus is specifically on preventive healthcare products.
"Most people in post-Soviet countries have not developed the habit of preventing diseases rather than treating them," says Andrey Gritsevich. "People often start paying attention to their health only when a disease has already appeared and is progressing. We strive to change this trend and, with the help of our products, make prevention an integral part of people's lives. We want to preserve their health and reduce the need for expensive treatment in the future. It is important to note that we approach the development and production of dietary supplements and medical devices with the same rigor as the production of medicines.
