Active substance: sildenafil (as sildenafil citrate) – 50 mg
Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose pH 101, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, Opadry II blue 31F20855: lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethyleneglycol/macrogol, FD&C blue No. 2/indigo carmine aluminum lake (E132), FD&C blue No. 2/brilliant blue aluminum lake (E133), black iron oxide (E172).

Recommended dose:
For most patients, the recommended dose is 50 mg taken 1 hour before sexual intercourse.
Based on the product efficacy and tolerability, the dose may be increased to the maximum recommended dose of 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg. The action of the product may be prolonged when taken with food compared to when taken under fasting condition.
Do not take V-Care more than once a day.
V-Care will help you achieve erection with sexual stimulation only. The time required for the product to start its action varies from person to person, but it is usually between half an hour and an hour. When the product is taken with a large amount of food, it may take longer.
Use in children and adolescents
V-care is not indicated for use in patients under 18 years of age.
If you take more V-Care than you should:
Do not take more tablets than your doctor has recommended you. You may experience an increased incidence and severity of adverse reactions. Doses over 100 mg do not increase the product efficacy.
If you have any questions about using this product, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
V-Care is used for treatment of erectile dysfunction (impotency) in adult males. This condition makes a man unable to achieve or maintain erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. V-Care will help you achieve erection with sexual stimulation only. If you do not get better or your condition worsens, you should consult a doctor.
Do not take V-Care if:
- You are allergic to the active substance or any other components of the product (listed in section 6 of the leaflet);
- You take medicines called nitrates, as the combination of these medicines with sildenafil can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure;
- You take riociguat. This medicine is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (i.e. high blood pressure in the lungs) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (i.e. high blood pressure in the lungs associated with blood clots formation). PDE5 inhibitors have been reported to enhance the hypotensive effect of riociguat. Tell your doctor, even if you are unsure whether you take riociguat.
- You are advised against sexual activity, for example due to severe heart disease;
- You have ever lost your vision due to the development of anteriorischemic optic neuropathy not associated with arteritis;
- You have recently had a stroke or heart attack, or you have low blood pressure (blood pressure below 90/50 mm Hg);
- You have severe liver disease;
- You suffer from rare hereditary eye diseases, such as pigmented retinitis.
