Ear drops with active oxygen for ear hygiene and wax plug removal.
The active compound, carbamide peroxide, releases active oxygen in the external auditory canal, causing the earwax to detach from the skin of the external auditory canal.
Glycerin and propylene glycol included in the composition of the solution moisturize and soften the skin in the external auditory canal and facilitate detachment of desquamated epithelium cells.
Surface-active compounds help loosen and dissolve the earwax (wax plug).
Ethanol as a component of Oto-Active exhibits antiseptic and antibacterial effect to prevent infection after the protective wax layer has been removed.
! Do not use Oto-Active in children under 6 years of age unless it is recommended by your doctor. Ensure to consult your doctor before use.
Purified water, carbamide peroxide, glycerin, propylene glycol, sodium citrate, polysorbate 20, citric acid, ethanol.
Before use, hold the bottle in your hands for a while so that to warm it to body temperature (Fig. 2). Then lie down on the side opposite the ear to be treated, or, while sitting, tilt your head to the side opposite the ear to be treated. Put 5-10 drops of Oto-Active solution into the ear to be treated (Fig. 3). The amount of solution depends on the age and size of the ear canal, however the number of drops should be sufficient to completely cover all ear canal walls. Wait a few minutes, then allow the solution to drain by rolling over or tilting your head over a tissue (covering your ear with cotton wool) (Fig. 4).
For routine ear hygiene or prevention of earwax accumulation and wax plug formation, use Oto-Active twice a month.
For wax plug, repeat the procedure twice daily (morning and evening) for 4 days.

Prescription status:

Do not use this product if you have ear pain, a perforated eardrum, allergic reactions to any of the components of the product, or chronic inflammation of the middle ear or ear canal.
